If you are lucky, your 485 case may continue without issues for next 1 year. (this is a high possibility). After 1 yr, once you come back, there may not be any issues if there is no RFE / Interview.
Problem with 485 may arise later if there is RFE / Interview and you are asked for paystubs/W2 for this period.
There is certainly some risk involved to your 485. Given that RFE / Interview comes for only a small percentage, this risk is not very high. Also, RFE / Interview doesn't necessarily collapses your case, but this will be a sticky wicket in that case.

That's expected. The CIR contains highly controversial language there dealing with illegal aliens, which is clearly opposed by the majority of Americans. We are in the middle of it. That is it. It is silly expect otherwise. If you follow the results of last elections, you will see that there is a tendency that supporters of illegal alien legalization are losing. More and more we associate our provisions with CIR, less chances for us to see a bill passing.

1. The title noted on the labor form was "Associate". On the job description letter, is it ok if the title is noted as "Financial Associate Analyst". Plus my labor was approved as IS Manager. Would the "financial" title cause a problem?
2. My lawyer put a very generic sentence as my job description. Does my job experience letter have to have the exact same generic sentence in it? and is it ok if the letter has more duties on it other than the one mentioned on the labor form (i did different stuff at that job, finance, IT, sales etc)
3. My lawyer put the required degree on the labor form as "Computer Science". However; I have a MIS degree. Is that going to be a problem when applying for i140?

They are lazy fat bums who sit on their a$$ and fart all day from behind as well as from their mouth using hate speech. This has caused too much of harmful gases in atmostphere and have depleted ozone. Their extra weight has sunken many couches and added a lot of broken couches in junkyards. These disposed couches are adding extra weight on the earth and causing earth to sink 1 milimeter every year. A new study will soon be reported in the Onion news.

See it does not matter who files, out of state or local. Main thing is if an RFE comes, will your company be willing to give him all details.............. you have to understand, with new attorney it is just you who is filing at the moment, so for just one case will the company give all his financial details (if asked for).

I was staying in Oregon.I am working in CA for the last one month.
My family still stays in Oregon and will continue there. We also moved to diff apt one month back in Oregon. ( In the same apt complex/zipcode)
I will stay here in CA for couple of months.
Can I give the present address in Oregon for all of my family members Since my family still staying there.
Do I need to give my present address for me in CA. I may be moving to diff apts here depending on project/confort.

My lawyer sent my wife EAD renewal papers to VSC.
Our cases at at TSC presently. I asked him to sent it to TSC but he said since the original EAD / AP were approved by VSC the renewal has to also go to VSC.
I am not sure what is going to happen. I have not seen my cheques cashed nor have received the package back?
FedEx trackinh number says it was received at VSC on July 10.
Can anybody shed some light whats going to happen next ?????

If they are staying on a resident or employment visa in UAE they have to apply at the US Embassy in Dubai. If they are on a visit visa in UAE, they have to apply at the appropriate US Consulate in India.

Here is my suggestion:
Apply for H-4 as this should be straight-forward and fly your wife the US in March. Prepare H-1 papers and get it ready to reach USCIS on April 1st.
If H-1 is acceped in lottery(assuming there is going to be one), then H-1 status starts from October 1st. For travel purpose your wife will have to get H-1 stamping (which can happen only after October 1st).

I wont be able to file for GC under STEM coz my I-140 was filed in EB-3 after 2 years of my Graduation but less than 3 years.

I think this become a problem for USCIS. might be they have some political pressure "not to allot Visa" and I dont think they will reversed. That I say American dadagiri. Rules for others only not for them
